We are a fast-casual and fast paced breakfast/brunch restaurant who is passionate about quality, homemade food, providing excellent customer service, and community responsibility. We work hard, but always maintain a positive and fun work environment!

   We are looking for an experienced and friendly Assistant Manager to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for overseeing our team members on the floor throughout the shifts. This individual would be expected to enforce workflows and procedures put in place by the General Manager and ensure that all safety and employment laws are complied with. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and some management experience although we will train the right candidate. 

Essential Job Responsibilities: 

    • Provide leadership and direction to FOH and BOH teams.
    • Manage daily operations including opening and closing duties.
    • Lead by example - set examples of pride and worth in the workplace.
    • Ensure performance standards and quality of work is maintained..
    • Perform duties under pressure and with a positive attitude
    • Work as a part of a team as well as assist the General Manager in various tasks such as: Putting away orders, making deposits and overall organization. 
    • Take instructions from the owners and general managers and exercise problem-solving skills.
    • Interact with co-workers, guests and the public in a professional and pleasant manner.
    • Understand menu prior to opening and be aware of changes during service.
    • Knowledgeable of all menu items, garnish, contents and preparation methods.  Be prepared to answer any guest questions about the menu in a direct and concise way.
    • Oversee food quality coming from the Line.
    • Ensure restaurant staff completes opening/closing duties on a daily basis including all assigned sidework..



Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years experience in customer service role.
  • Prefer a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role but not a must
  • Must be available to work early mornings 6:00am.
  • Must be available to work weekends.
  • Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Average 45 hours per week schedule.
  • Must be able to stand on feet for entire shift.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
